Choc Chip Peanut Butter Cookie

The perfect combination of a soft and chewy cookie
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1.5 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced and line a baking tray.
  • Mix the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and egg in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.
  • Using your hands, roll the dough into balls and place onto your baking tray.
  • Press down into the middle of each ball using your finger or the back of a fork.
  • Bake for 12 mins.
