Snickers Balls
Delicious healthy balls that taste like a snickers bar.

Ingredients
- 3 cups unsalted peanuts roasted if you can find them
- 1 1/3 cups medjool dates soaked in boiling water for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- pinch salt
Toppings
- desiccated coconut for rolling
- melted chocolate for drizzling on top
Instructions
- remove the pits from dates and cover with boiling water, leave to soak for 2 hours
- drain the dates and add all ingredients other than the coconut into a food processor
- mix until combined and roll into balls
- roll balls in desiccated coconut and top with melted chocolate
